Which countries do you ship to?
The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Rates and the delivery estimate for your country are shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 7 to 14 days. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.
Can I return something?
Yes, where a piece arrives faulty, misprinted, or is not what you ordered. Email support@lostissue.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Pieces are made per order rather than pulled off a shelf, so we do not take back a correctly-made item because the fit was not for you, which is why the measurements are on every product page.
